About Us

Regalos Limited of Blackpool has been a family run business for over 25 years. Why not plan a day trip and pay us a visit. What happens if my footwear does not fit?All our footwear is sent with an advice sheet and returns form. Simply fill it out and return it with the product. If you need to exchange it for a size up or down we DO NOT charge you again for the postage, it's FREE to all UK Mainland addresses. See terms and conditions for full details.

How to find our store?

We are based at North Shore, Blackpool, at Gynn Square. Landmarks to look out for are the large roundabout, the Gynn Pub and the large pay and display car park. You will see the Gynn Pub just off the roundabout. Our shop is across the road from the pub car park.

It may be easier to find Blackpool Tower, stand with the tower buildings on your right and the sea on your left. You will find the roundabout approximately 1 mile North of the Tower.

What are your Opening times?

We are open from 9.30am until 5.00pm Monday to Saturday. For your convenience we do not close for lunch.

Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. When you see what you want click the "add to shopping cart button", Don't worry , you can remove items whenever you like. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. This site is secure, see "Credit Card Security" for details. Euro Information Currency converter: This is for guidance only. Prices we charge may vary slightly due to the exchange rate. Your credit card company will take care of the transaction for you.

Do I have to order on your website?

No. Although we have processed 1000's of on-line orders so far some people still prefer to talk to a real person. We are here to take your orders by phone in normal shop hours. Also, if you can find the time, call into the store and say hello.

Shipping And Handling

For all UK Mainland orders shipping is calculated by weight, however there is a minimum shipping cost of £2.75. Your postage cost will show when you view your cart before completing your order. All parcels leave Regalos First Class, Recorded Delivery & Fully Insured. For all other orders a quote will be sent before your order is charged. E.g. for orders outside the UK. Some international orders may have import duty to pay on delivery. If this is the case this cost lies with you, the customer. Regalos cannot be held responsible.

Delivery Schedule

We try our best to keep everything in stock. We send out orders everyday apart from Saturday and Sunday. At the most you should be waiting no more than 3 working days for your order although this is no guarantee. If you need an order urgently it is best to place the order by phone to make sure stock is available.

Can I get a Refund?

Our returns form is also a refund form. Simply fill it out and return it with the goods. We process all refunds on the day the goods are received. We always refund you the cost price of the goods, not including the postage. See terms and conditions for full and boring details. We allow 28 days for the return of goods for exchange or refund. We refund the cost price of the goods, not including postage charge. You are liable for all costs of returning goods; we recommend you get a proof of postage certificate when sending by Royal Mail. Regalos cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. All goods must be in the same condition as when received.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed or contacted with the option to cancel your order, with details of when we expect the goods to come into stock.

What payment methods do you accept?

We take all major credit and debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, Electron, Switch / Maestro, Amex, etc. You can also choose "Invoice before delivery". In this case we send out an invoice and you can return it with a cheque, postal orders, cash etc. The quickest way is to enter you card details. Please note that if you have a debit card you will have to select "Credit card" as an option. Don't panic, It's still a Debit Card.

All prices on our site include VAT at the current rate. This excludes childrens boots as no VAT applies.The prices shown on our pages are the same for all people regardless of their country of purchase.

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

At Regalos we guarantee your satisfaction. We offer you a 100% guarantee that if you’re in anyway dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them orgive you a full refund. Unfortunately we cannot offer this guarantee ongoods that have been worn, or used, unless the product is found to be faulty.This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
